We created this platform because we understand the profound therapeutic bond between humans and their pets, and we believe that securing a legitimate accommodation under the Fair Housing Act shouldn't be stressful, intimidating, or confusing.

Our goal is to provide a safe, HIPAA-secure environment where you can connect with empathetic, state-licensed mental health professionals. To make sure we can provide the best possible care and support, we need to establish a few clear ground rules for using our platform.

By using My Pets Matter, you agree to these terms. Here is what they mean in plain English:

• We Facilitate Clinical Care: My Pets Matter is a secure telehealth platform. We do not "sell" ESA or PSD letters. Instead, your fee covers the cost of our secure platform and the clinical evaluation conducted by an independent, state-licensed healthcare provider.
• Clinical Discretion: Because you are receiving a legitimate medical evaluation, your assigned clinician has the ultimate professional authority to determine if an Emotional Support Animal or Psychiatric Service Dog is medically appropriate for your specific mental health needs.
• Honesty is Required: To receive a valid, legally compliant letter, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information about your identity, your health history, and your pet during your secure intake and virtual consultations.
• Our 100% Peace of Mind Guarantee: We stand behind our clinicians. If you follow our process and your housing provider denies your officially issued ESA letter, we will refund your evaluation fee in full upon receipt of their written denial.
